What’s Hot & What’s Not?

This week Scott MacGregor, VP of sales and marketing for Flo-Tech in Middletown, CT, shares what hardware, solutions, and/or services are currently hot and what’s not in his market. Flo-Tech sells Canon, HP, Xerox, and Lexmark devices and also offers a wide range of solutions.

What’s hot?

MacGregor:  Predictive service solutions, which we invest a lot of money and time into and mobile print solutions and standards. Prospective clients seem to be dying for basic execution on everything they are promised which seems to be lacking. Fortunately that is exactly what we are fanatical about.

What’s not?

MacGregor: Responding to ever increasing blind bids that try to commoditize MPS.
