There’s no denying the success that Juliet Siro has attained. A graduate of both Farleigh Dickinson University’s Silberman College of Business in addition to Centenary University, she also holds an MBA in executive global business management. And in 14 years with Toshiba, she’s proven to be an above-the-rim performer who seeks to uplift those within her collaborative universe.
Currently director, PS operations and project management, she values the opportunity to produce results in a team environment. She loves to empower others to help realize their potential. Relationships matter to her. In the end, she sees herself as part of a team. The sharp focus she exhibits can likely be traced back to the values bestowed by her mother and father.
“They taught me that freedom comes with responsibility,” said Siro, a 2025 ENX Magazine Difference Maker. “You have the power to choose your path in life, and with that choice comes accountability for your actions.”
Game-Changer
One of the crown jewels from Siro’s career originated in early 2018, when she launched a project management training and mentoring initiative. With the ultimate goal of dramatically improving revenues and profitability, she created, developed and successfully implemented a major corporate project management initiative. She huddled with key personnel to identify issues, trends, needs and recommendations while training and mentoring staff to enhance their overall performance.
“This initiative was a game-changer for the company and continues to shape our organizational culture across both SMB and enterprise projects, instilling confidence in the sales team,” she pointed out. “Before 2018, we had only two project managers at Toshiba. To date, we have expanded to 13, managing hardware, software, MPaaS, and special projects that support different channels, such as TABS, TBS and BTA. We typically handle around 600 projects each fiscal half, averaging about 100 projects per month, both SMB and enterprise accounts.”

The 2024 campaign saw Siro’s project management team flourish. During cadence calls, the unit shared compelling success stories, challenges and opportunities, which led to kudos from leadership and various organizations. Siro serves as a core member of the team responsible for creating Toshiba’s “Be the Difference” professional development program, which equips employees with the skills they need to thrive in the modern workplace.
Moving forward, she hopes to foster more collaborative teamwork in delivering special projects and enhance team learning and development by leveraging Toshiba Academy’s free online courses. She recently added PS Operations to her oversight.

“My goal is to create a standard operating procedure document detailing our professional services order processing and renewals,” Siro noted. “I plan to develop strategies for improving our processes and consolidating tools to better scale the business.”
For Siro, continuous learning is the path to self-improvement, be it taking courses, practicing new skills and garnering experience. Keeping an open mind is essential, as she will seek feedback, be receptive to new challenges and identify areas for growth.
“I will set clear goals, plan ahead, manage my time effectively, stay organized, and maintain a positive mindset to overcome setbacks,” she added.
On the home front, Siro and her husband, Matthew, have been married for 27 years. They have a son, John Anthony, who turns 20 this month. The youngest of the family is a four-year-old Dachshund/Heeler mix named Pudgie. The happy couple enjoys taking long drives and flying to various destinations on vacation. In her free time, Siro enjoys walking, hiking, cooking, gardening, traveling, singing, hanging out with friends, and playing volleyball with fellow congregation members.
