The Cricket Continuum Invites Office Technology Associations and Channel Organizations to Collaborate on Robotics

Highlands, NJ (Oct. 22, 2026) — The Cricket Continuum is inviting office technology associations, dealer peer groups, buying groups, and other industry organizations to collaborate on bringing Office-Ready Robots to their members.

As interest in commercial robotics grows, dealers are asking familiar questions: Which equipment should we sell? Who handles service? How do we finance it? What does a recurring revenue model look like?

For the past year and a half, The Cricket Continuum has been developing answers.

The organization has assembled robotics manufacturer relationships, dealer education, financing resources, service-cost models, contract templates, and CHIRP, its DCA-like robot management platform. The Continuum is now inviting organizations including BTA, BPCA, CDA, IBPI, MPSA, ECS and other industry groups to explore collaborative educational programs and Continuum membership opportunities for their dealers.

The goal is to extend existing association member benefits without requiring each organization to develop a separate robotics program. Participating dealers would have access to Continuum membership options, with pricing, services, and commercial terms disclosed before enrollment.

Association executives and industry leaders interested in commercial robotics are invited to contact The Cricket Continuum directly to discuss collaboration opportunities.
