Schaumburg, IL (Aug. 25, 2026) — Pulse Technology, a seven-decade family business serving the IT, managed print services, audio-visual, robotics and other technology needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has been named a Leadership Circle Winner for August from the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA).
The MPSA recognized Pulse Technology for its leadership, innovation and commitment to advancing managed print services.
Pulse Technology is a family-owned technology company that has been serving businesses since 1955. While managed print and office technology have always been a major part of its business, it has continued to evolve and diversify. The company uses an MPS approach centered around visibility, proactive service, and customer convenience.
Vince Miceli, vice president at Pulse Technology, said, “Customers do not want to have to manage toner, track meters, worry about device downtime, or spend time trying to figure out why their print environment is not working efficiently. That is our job. We work to understand the customer’s entire print environment and then build a program around their actual needs.”
He added, “We help customers stop looking at print as an isolated part of their business. We help them look beyond the copier. Because Pulse also provides IT, cybersecurity, audio visual, automation, robotics, and AI solutions, our team has a much broader view of the customer’s technology environment.”
Chip Miceli, president and CEO of Pulse Technology, said, “We are grateful to the MPSA for recognizing our company and our contribution to Managed Print Services, and for all they do to support the industry. Our work with the MPSA and other organizations helps us all benefit as we together strengthen the managed print market.”
