Downingtown, PA (March 9, 2026) – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisors to MP Copiers, Inc. and its owner, Mark Yingling, on the sale of assets to MP Copiers, LLC and its owner, Sean Mcllroy. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
Dudek and his law firm also served as the attorney for Yingling and MP Copiers.
Headquartered in Manassas, Virginia, MP Copiers was founded in 1993 and owned and operated by Mark Yingling. It’s a Kyocera, Lexmark and Epson dealer that sells and services customers throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland and the Washington D.C. area.

Mcllroy is a West Point graduate and decorated 10-year U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) veteran. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and resides in Northern Virginia with his family. In acquiring MP Copiers, Mcllroy carries forward the veteran-owned legacy established by founder Yingling, building on the strong foundation and customer relationships cultivated over the years. Mcllroy is committed to maintaining the first-class copier and printer service MP Copiers is known for, while also expanding the company’s IT services offerings, a natural extension given the evolving needs of MP Copiers’ existing client base.
