Continuum Extends Record Global Growth Into Second Quarter Of 2017

Boston (April 27, 2017) – Continuum, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated IT service delivery platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, is moving into the second quarter of 2017 with significant momentum in the MSP and Office Equipment markets. With substantial growth in revenue, products and headcount as it expands internationally, Continuum has increased the competitiveness of the partners using its platform.

“Continuum’s partners are growing at more than twice the industry average,” said Michael George, CEO of Continuum. “We know that our success is driven by the success of our MSP and Office Equipment partners, and it’s enabling their growth that runs to the core of our business. Our investment in a strong, experienced team, as well as best-in-class solutions, is critical to empower our partners with the tools they need to achieve their business objectives.”

Continuum’s platform is accelerating the success of its partners which is evident when looking at the achievements of those partners. That includes Peabody, MA-based Network Coverage, a managed service provider that has been empowered by Continuum’s advanced technology offerings to increase revenue from $5 million to $7 million and expects continued growth as a result.

“We’ve seen exponential improvements in our staff’s efficiency since we brought in Continuum,” said Alex Joy, VP Operations of Network Coverage. “We weren’t growing as much as we knew we could prior to coming onboard, cycling through RMM and backup solutions, unable to get past a certain level of efficiency. With Continuum, we’ve freed up staff that we didn’t think we had, which has allowed us to bring in new business, improve our revenue and, importantly, it’s given our technicians higher value work and a significantly improved work/life balance.”

By investing in its partnerships with companies like Network Coverage, Continuum has maintained more than 30 percent revenue growth over the past three years, and  17 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth. Its industry-leading Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution and Continuity247 Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) product have been central in driving success amongst MSPs and Office Equipment dealers entering the IT services catagory. At present, Continuum monitors over 1.1 million endpoints globally, with its European and Asia Pacific operations growing more than 100 percent year-over-year in revenue and organizational size, as its global footprint has played an expanding role in its capabilities and success.

Continuum continues to look for opportunities to improve its offering for the benefit of its MSP and Office Equipment partners. This is evident with the company’s partnership with RackApps, which allows partners using the backup and disaster recovery solution Continuity247 to gain fast and easy access to hardware tested and approved for the platform, and the introduction of Bullseye Routing, which is designed to automatically route MSPs’ customers to dedicated Help Desk technicians to resolve any issues.

The company’s growth is reflected in a global workforce that now numbers over 1,400 people – more than double the size of Continuum’s team just four years ago and 23 percent higher over the past year. That includes the addition of experienced executive leadership, including new CFO Geoffrey Willison, and Fielder Hiss, VP of Product.

The team spans across North America, India, the United Kingdom and Australia, having opened its headquarters in Sydney earlier this year and hosting its first Australian Partner Day in March. It is currently adding to its Asia Pacific presence and Help Desk operations with a Continuum operated facility in Manila, Philippines, and increasing its Network Operations Center (NOC) capabilities through an expansion in Pune, India.
