Zygoquest Group Advised Availe on Sale of Assets to Technic Business Solutions

Downingtown, PA (Oct. 16, 2025) — Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Availe, Inc. and its owner, Greg Butler, on the sale of its assets to Technic Computer Services Corporation. Terms of the transaction are confidential.

Mike Dudek, through his Law Office of Mike Dudek also served as the attorney on this transaction for Availe and Butler.

Availe, Inc., based in Tempe, Arizona, was founded and led by Butler, a long-standing innovator in the printing solutions industry.
