ACDI Named Best Print Management Software Provider at Cannata Report’s Annual Frank Awards

Benton, AR (Nov. 6, 2023) — Leading service and solutions provider Access Control Devices, Inc. (ACDI) was recognized as Best Print Management Software Provider at The Frank Awards during The Cannata Report’s 38th Annual Awards & Charities Gala held Nov. 2 at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey. It marked the seventh time in eight years that ACDI received a Frank Award, including the fifth time in six years awarded Best Print Management Software Provider.

“It’s incredibly gratifying to receive the Best Print Management Software Provider award alongside our amazing partner in PaperCut,” said Josh Lane, president and CEO of ACDI. “Our team takes great pride in delivering world-class customer service and support, and all of us at ACDI are grateful to The Cannata Report for the special recognition as well as PaperCut for an extraordinary and fruitful partnership. Most importantly, we are proud of the remarkable generosity of the Cannatas and those within our industry. Seeing the efforts of everyone involved in this charity stands out more than any award possibly could.”

The Frank Awards honor business leaders from the software and services, financing, and manufacturer segments of the imaging industry each year. Winners are determined by the independent dealer community participating in The Cannata Report’s Annual Dealer Survey, which collects the community’s views on relevant industry-related topics.

ACDI shared the award with partner PaperCut, an industry leader in secure print management software that saves time and works across all platforms, including multi-server and multi-operating system environments. ACDI has been a PaperCut-authorized solution center for more than ten years, providing a complete portfolio of services, including sales and technical support, training, compatible hardware, and remote and onsite installations.

“ACDI has excelled in the ‘Best Print Management Software Provider’ category for five out of the past six years since the award’s inception,” said CJ Cannata, President and CEO of The Cannata Report. “The innovative software provider led by President Josh Lane consistently underscores ACDI’s commitment and ability to deliver and support a proven software solution across a substantial portion of the dealer channel.”

Founded in 1982, The Cannata Report is the leading publication covering the independent dealer channel in the office technology industry. To date, its Annual Awards & Charities Gala has raised $3 million for a host of charitable organizations nationwide. This year’s event raised more $232,000 for the Mariano Rivera Foundation, which is dedicated to providing children from impoverished families with life skills that will set them on the path to a brighter future.
