Kyocera Document Solutions Ranks Highest in the 2020 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ Survey on MPS in the Digital Workplace

Fairfield, NJ (April 15, 2021) — Kyocera Document Solutions has been recognized in the 2020 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ survey on Managed Print Services in the Digital Workplace. Reviewers on the Gartner Peer Insights platform describe Kyocera’s MPS as ‘fruitful and cost-effective’ and also commended the improvements it helped them to make in their environmental footprint.

In the Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Managed Print Services in the Digital Workplace report, Kyocera Document Solutions received the highest ranking with an overall rating of 4.9/5 and was also recognized as a Customers’ Choice in the categories of Midsize Enterprise, Services Industry, and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions.

To break Kyocera’s success down into more detail, Kyocera’s service ranked highest in the categories of Evaluation and Contracting, Planning and Transition, and Delivery and Execution. Gartner Peer Insights is a peer review and rating platform that allows experts to carry out and share reviews on enterprise software and services.
