Clover Imaging Group Shares Information on Disaster Loan Program

Chicago (March 23, 2020) — Clover Imaging Group issued the following letter to its partners.

Dear Valued Partner,

As we navigate these unprecedented times, Clover is committed to supporting your business in any way we can. We have a COVID-19 Task Force in place and are working rapidly to develop solutions to the challenges we all face. In this regard, we want to share information with you on the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Program.

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering designated states and territories low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

SBA EIDL Program Overview:

  • Any small business directly affected by the disaster and located in the disaster area is eligible and loans are up to $2mm.
  • There is no application cost and the applicant is not required to accept approved funds.
  • The SBA is urging all affected parties to apply for loans and recommending companies apply for this loan program and not exhaust lines of credit to fund cash flow shortfalls.
  • Approval is good for 6 months but the SBA recommends accepting the funds early.

For the most up-to-date information on areas eligible, additional details about the SBA EIDL program, and to directly apply for assistance, please visit here.

We will continue to share any information that we think may be valuable to you. In the meantime, please reach out if there is anything we can do to help support your business.
