Smithtown, NY – Prosperity Plus advised Roger Hendrix and Hendrix Business Systems on its acquisition of ATS, Inc.. For Hendrix, headquartered in Matthews, NC, the acquisition assists with their its expansion into the Raleigh marketplace.
Since 1976, Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. has strived to maintain and provide top level customer service throughout the Charlotte area. Over the past two years, Hendrix Business Systems expanded by opening two locations, one in Uptown Charlotte and the other in Greensboro, North Carolina. With the addition of ATS, Hendrix Business Systems is able to expand their geographic reach even further.

As a result of the acquisition, ATS is adding the Canon product line to its offering, while continuing to proudly offer existing Xerox products. The combination of the two brands will allow ATS to be even more competitive in the Raleigh market place.
