Continuum University Certifies 1,000th IT Professional

Continuum Managed IT Services Celebrates Milestone of Certifying 1,000 IT Experts via Continuum U’s Self-Paced, Interactive Online

Learning Center Boston, MA, May 11, 2015 – Continuum University, the self-paced, interactive online learning center at Continuum®, the industry’s only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has certified 1,000 IT technicians, all having completed the required courses and passing the certification exam showing efficiency in Continuum’s managed IT services. Continuum’s no-cost certification program is designed to help its MSP partners and their technicians to get up to speed quickly on Continuum’s products. Continuum U celebrated its 2-year anniversary in November 2014, launching its certification program the previous year.

The self-paced learning environment includes more than 100 modules of instructional video. MSP partners are able to track their company’s progress as well as the progress of individual technicians. The certification training includes courses in Continuum’s intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform that offers proactive problem resolution backed by the company’s industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk, including the advanced features of the RMM platform. MSP partners can also investigate integrations with Continuum’s Technology Partners. The Help Desk course includes signing sites up with the white-labeled Help Desk, completing the activation process and more. To date, more than 18,000 courses have been completed by users in Continuum U.
