DEX Imaging LLC, the nation’s largest independent dealer of document imaging technology, managed print, and managed IT services, is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Golden Isles Office Equipment in South Georgia, Titan Managed Technologies in South Florida, and Laser Line LLC in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Golden Isles Office Technology, based in Brunswick, Georgia, was founded in 1978 and is known for its long-standing customer relationships, superior service support, and strong ties with its equipment manufacturers, such as Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Brother, Epson and KIP. This acquisition enhances DEX’s existing service footprint, expanding the company’s reach from Savannah, Georgia, down to Jacksonville, Florida.

Titan Managed Technologies, located in Doral, Florida, sells and services managed print and managed IT services under the Titan Wolfpack IT brand with a focus on HP solutions. Titan also offers VoIP phone systems in its product portfolio. This acquisition strengthens DEX’s presence in South Florida and supports continued growth in the Miami market.

Laser Line, founded in 1989 and located in Jessup, Maryland, offers managed print services with a focus on HP, Sharp, and Canon solutions. Laser Line expands DEX’s Mid-Atlantic operations and enhances the company’s ability to serve customers throughout the region.
