What’s Hot & What’s Not?

This week we speak with Ron Carr co-owner of Oklahoma Office Systems, LLC/OneSOURCE in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma about what’s hot and what’s not in his market. The dealership sells Konica Minolta, HP, Kyocera/CopyStar, Lexmark, Muratec, and KIP hardware and was one of the first dealers in the U.S. to offer managed print services.

What’s hot?

Carr: MPS is still driving our company’s profitability and serviceability. Obviously that’s still key. 

What’s not?

Carr: Basic black & white copiers. It’s amazing how few of those we sell anymore.
