Applied Imaging Unveils new Southfield Office in a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Southfield, MI (June 3, 2021) — Applied Imaging leadership, employees, and customers celebrated the grand opening of the Southfield office this week, led by John Lowery, president and CEO. A presentation from Southfield Mayor Kenson Siver rounded out the ceremony.

The Southfield office replaces the Troy and Novi offices Applied Imaging once had. This facility boasts over 60,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.

“With this new building, within the next five years, we will be able to double our size – not only in employees but in revenue. The largest benefit of having this facility is that we will be able to server our 6,000+ customers in Southeast Michigan, Northern Ohio, and the Thumb Area,” Lowery said.

In addition to the grand opening of their flagship Southfield Office, Applied Imaging has been honored to receive recognition in Crain’s list – Private 200 Businesses in Metro Detroit. This is the ninth award and recognition Applied Imaging has earned this past year. As of 2021, Applied Imaging is also the nation’s largest Ricoh dealer and ninth-largest Canon dealer.

The Southfield office is location number 13 for Applied Imaging, a rapidly growing technology company. Along with the opening of this office, Applied Imaging has also moved their Traverse City operations into a new state of the art facility in the heart of the newly renovated “NOBO” North Boardman Lake District.
