U.S. Army Joins List of Agencies Officially Certifying Nuance Solutions for Government Use

BURLINGTON, Mass., March 15, 2016 – Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech and imaging solutions, today announced that its Government Solutions document workflow solutions have been tapped by U.S. Federal Government military and civilian agencies to increase productivity, meet security and compliance mandates and, ultimately, drive enhanced constituent services. Most recently, Output Manager received a Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) from the U.S. Army, meeting stringent requirements for security, compatibility, supportability and sustainability for all software products on the Army’s Enterprise Network. To date, Nuance solutions have received six separate certifications, vetting and approving them for enterprise government use. Further, Nuance solutions provide strict access control in support of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).
