First Vendor-Based Peer Group for NOC Managers Launched by Continuum

In Conjunction with HTG, Continuum Introduces Two Peer Groups – One for NOC Managers, One for Owners – Both Designed to Help Continuum Partners Accelerate Business Goals

Boston, MA, Sept. 24, 2015 – Continuum®, the industry’s only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has launched two exclusive peer groups – one for owners and one for network operations center (NOC) managers of its MSP partners, in conjunction with HTG Peer Groups. Consisting of 10-12 member companies organized in non-competing geographical markets, the peer group meetings for owners focus on execution and accountability. The peer group meetings for NOC managers focus on leadership and technical growth. Both are custom designed to help Continuum’s MSP partners accelerate business goals. Meetings are facilitated by HTG and will have content provided by both HTG and Continuum. Topics range from management, sales and marketing, employee relations and managed services to vendor engagement and more.
