New Windsor NY, May 12, 2015 – DocuWare, a global leader in the ECM market, announces the appointment of Timothy Sutter as their new Chief Operating Officer (COO). This newly created position combines global responsibilities for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
Tim Sutter has had very similar breadth of responsibilities in previous roles in his career in the software industry and has repeatedly proven his impact to scale companies aggressively to new revenue levels. He joins DocuWare from Informatica, a global leader for On Premise and SaaS based data integration software, where he was the responsible Vice President for the Financial Services industry. Tim has also worked for 10 years for Documentum/EMC.
Sutter will report directly to Thomas Schneck, DocuWare Group’s President. He will initially concentrate in 2015 on the Americas market heading up the sales organization under the leadership of Steve Behm, Vice President of Sales Americas, as well as the Customer Success Unit with the newly appointed Customer Success Director, Anne Rutty. As of January 1, 2016 Sutter will take on global responsibilities for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success which integrates the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) sales organization led by Max Ertl, Vice President of Sales EMEA.
