Between the Lines: More Managed Services for Those Who Can’t Get Enough

easy_streetI’ve been on a roll of late writing about Managed Services. Actually, my original intent was to write an article on “Managed Services Made Easy” for the July issue of ENX, however, once I completed all my interviews it was obvious to me, as is often the case, that I had more information than I could fit in a single article.

Starting this week and continuing the following week and the week after that you’ll be able to read a total of three short articles that explore other issues regarding Managed Services that might be of interest to you whether you’re currently in the Managed Services business or not yet.

As I’ve been reading the 2015 Elite Dealer submissions I’ve noticed that more dealers are going down this path. Maybe 30 percent of submissions received so far mention Managed Services. It’s a movement that shows no sign of abating and doesn’t seem to be getting a lot of pushback like say, MPS. If you ask me, not that anyone has, this Managed Services movement is a good thing for the industry. It may not be for everyone, and I’ll be writing about that later this month, but it is one way, albeit not the only way for some dealerships to remain relevant with their customers and differentiate themselves.

But you probably knew that already.

Thanks for reading.
