More Big Wins from the Elite Dealer Community

Thumbs up 2Office technology dealers thrive on big wins. And this year’s group of Elite Dealers is no exception. While we were soliciting 2014 Elite Dealer nominations, we asked them to share their biggest win of the 12 months. Throughout the month of December we’re presenting 10-15 of these big wins each week. Here’s another 12.

“One of four Fortune 500 companies located in Phoenix selected us to run their Copy Center as part of a Facilities Management installation. And a large retailer with more than 400 locations selected us to install devices in all of their California and Arizona locations (over 70 sites) as a test for a possible nationwide rollout.” ProCopy, Tempe, AZ

“In the past year MOM won about three fourths of the categories on the State CPC contract. This win was significant because it was our first attempt at going after this business. Most of the business was won with a single provider, a provider that we had on boarded for just this type of business. The opportunity at the State is to help them reduce cost and streamline their businesses, but all of that business is new business to us. Plus the State has proven to be a great business partner and they have an IT road-map that aligns their long-term strategy with the product and services they feel will be important for them to get there.” Modern Office Methods, Cincinnati, OH

“We secured a global contract with Skanska, a construction company, for the next three years to the tune of approximately $10-12 million.” Atlantic, Tomorrows Office, New York, NY

“Our biggest win of the year allowed us to demonstrate our core strengths, our expertise, our creativity, and agility. A county government client experienced a flood, which required the removal of several thousand boxes of records from the facility with the immediate need to catalog and digitize the records, implement a digital protocol for retrieval during the process and long term for some subset of the boxes. Additionally, we were asked to install a day forward content management system. The balance of this was done in one week and the remainder of scanning in less than eight weeks. The volume of pages was in the millions. All functional areas of IOS participated in the solution.” Imaging Office Systems, Inc., Columbia City, IN

“Without naming any specific accounts, GFC has secured over 35 successful, needle-moving large bid awards – across all six branches.” Gordon Flesch Company (GFC), Madison, WI

“Marco’s largest sale this past year was a $3.6 million copier/printer contract with Minnesota State Colleges and Universities in Minnesota.” Marco, Inc., St. Cloud, MN

“Faith Region Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska was our biggest win. Their program includes MPS on all devices, including secure print release for HIPPA compliance.” Eakes Office Solutions, Grand Island, NE

“Maine Township governmental entity; we expanded from an on-call, as-needed vendor to their primary provider of Managed Network and Managed Print Services.” Des Plaines Office Equipment, Elk Grove Village, IL
“Tractor Supply Company in Brentwood, Tennessee.” RJ Young, Nashville, TN

“Numerous Managed Network Services contracts with large companies and a cold storage distribution facility (a 35+ unit deal with user end points all across the U.S.). The coordination of this deal was seamless, right down to supply management onsite.” SolutionOne, Lincoln, NE

“Our biggest win this year was a large machine deal which included document management for an $800-million manufacturing company.” Integrated Office Technology, Santa Fe Springs, CA

“KOMAX has been awarded a sole source digital copier contract with the State of West Virginia. This contract means sales and service upwards of 2000+ units over the next three years.” KOMAX, South Charleston, WV
