Phoenix, AZ (November 8, 2016)–LMI Solutions, an award-winning provider of remanufactured printers, toner cartridges, and printer parts is expanding its portfolio of dealer growth services to include printer service training for imaging dealers. Hosted by experienced technical trainers from Parts Now (a division of LMI Solutions), each course features a hands-on approach with one printer for every two students to ensure participants receive practical experience repairing each device.
Upon completion, technicians will be able to service 95 percent of the problems they encounter so they can be knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective in the field.
- Printer Service Training classes include the following objectives:
- Diagnosing printer issues
- Reducing service call times
- Ordering the appropriate parts (if/when needed)
- Eliminating repeat service calls
- Improving customer satisfaction
Registration closes November 18 with classes held at LMI’s new training facility in Phoenix the week of December 5 to 9.
