Distribution Management (DM), a leading technology and wholesale distribution provider of imaging products, services, and solutions, has announced that Greg Welchans has been named chief corporate development officer (CCDO), effective Oct. 1.

In this newly focused role, Welchans will lead DM’s strategic growth and diversification initiatives, including acquisitions, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and the development of new product and service categories.

Welchans brings decades of industry experience, a proven track record of delivering sustained growth, deep market knowledge, and longstanding relationships throughout the industry. He will work closely with CEO Sean Fleming and DM’s executive leadership team to identify and execute opportunities that expand the company’s capabilities, strengthen its market position, and accelerate long-term growth.

As CCDO, Welchans will oversee corporate development activities from opportunity identification and evaluation through due diligence, transaction execution, integration planning, and value realization. He will also provide executive leadership for DM’s enterprise marketing strategy and continue to remain actively engaged with key manufacturers and customer relationships.
