Triple Play: DOCUmation Acquires Document Solutions; ConnectWise and ARCOA Group Expand Via Deals

Each year, it seems more and more companies use the Executive Connection Summit (ECS) as a platform to reveal exciting news, and this year was no exception. In fact, two of the three transactions in this week’s M&A roundup came courtesy of ECS.

ConnectWise beefed up its AI competence with the addition of zofiQ, an agentic AI firm, which put a ring on the already existing relationship between the companies. ARCOA Group came to terms on a deal with Southwest Equipment Brokers, an asset remarketing firm, providing an entry point into Arizona.

In a separately announced move on the dealer side, DOCUmation pulled the trigger on the acquisition of Document Solutions, bolstering the company’s East Texas portfolio. We’ll lead off with this transaction.

DOCUmation, Texas’ largest privately held managed services provider, added a proven Xerox dealer and Platinum Xerox Agent in Document Solutions, further strengthening its footprint across East Texas and expanding its ability to serve organizations throughout the region.

As part of the acquisition, DOCUmation is welcoming Document Solutions employees to the DOCUmation team and will continue operating from Document Solutions’ existing offices in Athens, Belton, Waco, Tyler, Cleburne, Corsicana, and Palestine, Texas.

Customers can expect the same familiar local teams, now supported by broader resources, additional technical expertise, and an expanded portfolio of services.

ConnectWise-zofiQ

ARCOA Group announced Monday it has entered into a tentative agreement to acquire Southwest Equipment Brokers, a respected Arizona-based asset remarketing firm. The transaction marks a key milestone in ARCOA Group’s growth strategy, expanding its geographic footprint into Arizona and further strengthening its national asset remarketing platform.
