M&A Roundup: Flex Technology Group Adds Millennium and Laser Technologies; CDS Obtains Way Copy

Acquisition activity continues to heat up in the office dealer space. Flex Technology Group and Oval Partners announced new partnerships with Millennium Business Systems, a premier office technology provider based in Cincinnati, and Laser Technologies Service of Concord, Massachusetts. In another move, Complete Document Solutions (CDS) of Fairfield, NJ, obtained Way Copy of Dubois, Pennsylvania.

Millennium Business Systems (MBS) was founded in 2000 by David Bartlow in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company services the needs of the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton Ohio, and Southeast Indiana business communities with copiers, printers, multi-functional technology, and document management hardware and software.

Complete Document Solutions picked up an authorized Xerox Agency in Way Copy, which provides a full line of equipment and services across 10 counties in central and northwestern Pennsylvania.
