Pitarra: Print management. It’s been great for us and has unbelievable potential in the future. Office supplies; because we are one of only two or three other independents in this region [selling supplies; and many customers generally are just ordering from Big Box Stores of which we can compete with and deliver a more personable experience.
What’s not?
Pitarra: Fax machines. I can’t even tell you the last time someone called in looking for one.
