Automated Business Solutions Co-Founder Alan Albergaria Passes

Warwick, RI (April 9, 2020) — Alan Albergaria, the president and co-founder of Automated Business Solutions, died suddenly on March 27 at the age of 54.

The company released the following statement: “It was Alan’s ongoing care for his people that created an incredible company culture. He considered all of his staff an extension of his family and everyone at ABS appreciates the privilege of working with such an incredible man.

“The success of Automated Business Solutions was built on Alan’s integrity and leadership. He demanded that all employees treat people with respect. Since 1992, it has been that level of respect and commitment to customer care that has created the ABS of today.

“The ABS team will continue to honor Alan’s legacy with its ongoing commitment to serving its customers. ABS will continue to preserve and enrich those partnerships in the same professional and personal manner that made Alan so special.”

He co-founded the Warwick, Rhode Island-based company in 1992.

Mr. Albergaria had many passions in his life, namely his family, his dealership (a 2019 Elite Dealer honoree), coaching soccer and music. He also enjoyed boating and fishing.

Mr. Albergaria is survived by his wife Niki, daughter Cassandra, two sons, Alan and Mason, and one grandchild.
