This integration allows dealers to fully automate the sales order creation, delivery fulfillment, and documentation processes with seamless integration between eAutomate and the SalesChain Business Management platform.

Our comprehensive integration includes:

  • The seamless creation of Sales Orders within eAutomate, with the ability to create Customers and Items within eAutomate to ensure 100 percent of your orders are processed without duplicitous manual entry.
  • Once inventory has been allocated to your sales order, the SalesChain integration imports serial numbers to enable the efficient creation of service, lease and delivery contract documents. Sales rep and delivery truck drivers can utilize the SalesChain E-Sign utility to obtain electronic signatures on documents to create the most efficient and technologically advanced process.
  • When products are staged, SalesChain will automatically create service calls within eAutomate to direct resources to deliver, install, and train customers on product being sold.
