ProCopy Office Solutions Announces 5th Annual Sweepstakes

Concluding with Arizona’s Worst Copier Being Dropped from a 90 Foot Crane!

Phoenix, AZ, October 19, 2015 – ProCopy Office Solutions, a Phoenix based office technology company has announced they are once again doing a unique and entertaining sweepstakes for the Arizona Market. To again spread the word about their local personalized service approach, the company announced today the 5th Annual ProCopy Better Customer Experience Sweepstakes which runs until November 13th.

The sweepstakes is asking people to write a short essay of 75 words or less and tell the world why they have the WORST COPIER IN ARIZONA!  The winner will receive a new digital copier from ProCopy, a dream trip for two of traveling with the ASU football team to a Sun Devils road game, and their old copier, the worst in Arizona, will be dropped live on the air on NBC Sports Radio1060 from a 90 foot crane. The event will take place at ProCopy headquarters in Tempe on November 14th during a tailgate party prior to the ASU/ Washington Homecoming game. ProCopy is a corporate sponsor of ASU athletics since 2010.

“We continue to hear about the terrible experience our competitors are offering to their clients”, said Mike McGuirk, President of Procopy Office Solutions. “This is especially true since so many of the local companies have been acquired by National Companies with their 1-800 numbers and just plain poor customer service. We want to give people a chance to vent, win a new copier from ProCopy and experience what great local service is all about. Our winner also gets a great trip and has the satisfaction of watching their old machine die in a fun way. This year is the 5th year of the sweepstakes and the 3rd time we have held it on a Saturday during our annual ASU tailgate event. All guests of the tailgate receive a ticket to the game, VIP transportation to and from Sun Devil Stadium, a free ASU gift, and of course a great tailgate including steaks, and chicken. ProCopy will also be raffling off several prizes including a weekly pass to the Waste Management Phoenix Open, also sponsored by ProCopy.

Tim Stevenson, founder and CEO of ProCopy added. “Copy Drop has been a huge success because it helped spread the word in Arizona about just how different we are. The press coverage we received and the money that went to the charity showed what great pride we take in delivering a local better experience to our clients and how invested we are in the community we live and work. Anyone who saw last year’s copier drop wished they could kill their old technology and we want to make that dream come true for one lucky winner.”

The winner will be announced on November 13th and will be aired live on NBC Sports Radio AM 1060. It will also be streamed live on Procopyoffice.com. The company will allow folks to join the live broadcast, and drop other items from the crane for a donation to Big Brother/Big Sisters prior to the copier being dropped. Last year’s event raised over $1,000 for the 100 Club. This year the ProCopy Foundation, ProCopy’s nonprofit group which has raised over $100,000 for local youth since it was established in 2010, will be matching all donations up to $1,000.
