St. Louis, MO, December 3, 2015 – Distribution Management (DM), parent organization to Supplies Network — a national wholesale distributor of business imaging products and services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Premier Distribution Management (PDM), a Chicago-based company operating as a Foreign Trade Zone specializing in international distribution and mailing services.
The move will enhance the international capabilities of DM Fulfillment, the third-party logistics division of DM and sister company to Supplies Network. These complementary capabilities will round out its highly efficient U.S. distribution footprint, supporting speed to customer or shelf both domestically and into key markets such as the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. Likewise, PDM’s international customer base will benefit from improved service levels and advanced Omni-Channel technology integrations to support and expand their business in the U.S.
