Smithtown, NY- Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that Automated Business Solutions (ABS) was acquired by Braden Business Systems (BBS).

Located in Indianapolis, IN, ABS is a copier/printer dealership focused on the Kyocera product line. Braden Business Systems is a Konica Minolta, Sharp and Riso dealership that also offers document management and variable data printing. Prosperity Plus represented Roy Yates of ABS throughout the transaction.

Braden Business Systems is a Top 5 Indianapolis based office products and document solutions provider and a strong presence in their markets.

Roy Yates and the entire ABS team will remain with Braden Business Systems to service the ABS customer base. Yates, the President of ABS, was quoted as saying, “We were looking for a partner, someone who could bring in their knowledge and experience to help us continue moving the company forward and also shared similar values. The combined team of BBS and ABS will help ensure the company’s success and future growth. We are all very excited about this partnership.”
