Hyde brings nearly 17 years of industry experience spanning dealership sales, customer management, and large-scale CRM training.
Hyde spent the past 11 years with Compass/White Cup, serving first as a Regional Trainer and later as a Customer Account Manager. In those roles, she supported more than 200 customers, delivered training to thousands of end users, and conducted over 200 days of onsite instruction for dealers across 38 states and Canada. Her background also includes dealership experience as an MPS and equipment sales representative.
