Pulse Technology CEO Chip Miceli Serves as Panelist During Executive Connection Summit (ECS) in Scottsdale, Arizona

Schaumburg, IL (March 15, 2023) — Chip Miceli, CEO of Pulse Technology, a technology company serving the IT, managed print services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, was recently invited to serve as a panelist at the Executive Connection Summit 2023 conference held in Scottsdale, Arizona. Miceli’s panel was responsible for addressing fellow office dealers on the topic “2023 Perspective.”

Hosted and presented by Stramaglio Consulting, the Executive Connection Summit (ECS) is a popular dealer channel event where people, innovation, and ideas converge. Executives from industry OEMs, dealers, software vendors, and analysts alike come together to exchange best practices and learn from each other’s experiences. More than 300 industry professionals were in attendance for the three-day conference.

Looking to the future, Miceli discussed the importance of diversification of services that companies can offer as the industry continues to evolve and deal with some decline in the print services sector.

“I was pleased to be part of a panel where we looked to the future of our industry as well as talked about the takeaways from the summit,” Miceli said. “Mike Riordan, who is a legend in our industry, offers great insight on how to build quality organizations and is quick to point out that the credit for organization building belongs to the people who do the hard work and execute on plans. It’s great advice from someone who has lots of in-the-field experience.

“Another great presentation at the summit was the panel on diversity in our industry. Panelists included Jennie Fisher of GreatAmerica Financial Services, Stephanie Keaton from AIS, Melani Patterson of Sharp Electronics, Natalie Cumberbatch of Kyocera, and Patricia Ames of BPO Media. They raised many great points, showing the contributions of women in our industry while showing that we need to increase the numbers in our workforce.”

Miceli continued, “I’m looking forward to next year’s event.”
