Canon Solutions America Sees Significant Increase in uniFLOW Installations

Canon Solutions America Builds Professional Services Offerings Through Use of uniFLOW Solutions

Melville, NY, April 27, 2015 – Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., today announced a significant increase in its Professional Services sales due to the use of uniFLOW software in delivering valuable output management, document capture, process, and distribution solutions to its customers.

uniFLOW was designed by NT-ware, a Canon Company, to help save time and money by providing effective controls over an organization’s printer and multifunction device (MFD) fleet. With its modular design, the uniFLOW solution can scale to fit any size organization, and can be customized to fit a customer’s specific needs.

Canon Solutions America creates document process solutions that drive added value to its customers. By actively listening to the needs of their customers and through good communications with NT-Ware they often create a customized solution specific to the customer’s most critical needs. “The approach is to understand the customer’s pain point, and as such you need expert consultants to talk to the customer, to understand the customer needs and then to relay those requirements in order to provide bespoke, custom solutions that resolve all of the customer’s problems. Canon Solutions America provides that expertise,” said Karsten Huster, founder & president of NT-ware.

James Sharp, executive vice president, Professional Services, Canon Solutions America had this to say: “We deliver on our mission by taking an ‘outside in’ approach with our customers. By that I mean we consult with them on the business process problems that they’re experiencing and work collaboratively as a group to solve customer problems and make customers more efficient and productive.”

“Canon Solutions America helped us to see the full potential of uniFLOW as it relates to the healthcare field and its impact as a pioneering technology on a large organization,” said Yordanos Tela, IT Business Systems Analyst for Presby’s Inspired Life. “It’s a solution that we both know and love today.”

Each uniFLOW solution is tailored to the individual customer and its input and output document management needs, while helping to reduce cost and improve security and productivity. Canon Solutions America looks forward to continued success using uniFLOW by NT-Ware and developing customized solutions and better management implementations for its customers.
