What Did You Sell This Week?

Applied Imaging's Headquarters

This week we ask John Lowery, president of Applied Imaging in Grand Rapids Michigan about his dealership’s most notable sale of the week?

What was your most notable sale of the past week?

Lowery: A fleet of Canon production devices and a controller from Canon that runs all the engines and has a terrific workflow in it.

Who bought it?

Lowery: A print shop in the graphics area of a Fortune 500 insurance company.

Why did they choose you?

Lowery: We had a better solution. We were matched up against Xerox, the incumbent, and we have most of the fleet, they like our solution, and we were able to give them a one controller solution. And we did it for substantially less than Xerox.

How long did this sale take to close?

Lowery: We worked on that for probably five months.
