RSA Names Stephanie Shark New Executive Director

Denver (Nov. 30, 2022) — The Reprographic Services Association (RSA) has named Stephanie Shark as its new executive director, replacing Kevin Howes who will be retiring in early 2023.

“On behalf of the board and the RSA membership, we are excited to have Stephanie on board with us at the RSA,” reports Luci Miller, RSA Board of Directors President. “Her experience in membership and marketing will prove especially important as we guide our membership into the next step of evolution of our businesses. Stephanie has already proven to be a contributing member of the team and will certainly be a great leader for our board and membership.”

Shark has more than 10 years of experience in association management, with a strong background in marketing and membership. Her association experience includes the mining, veterinary and museum retail industries, along with varied for-profit experience.
