General Plastic Industrial Co. Enters into Agreement to Acquire Katun Corp.

Minneapolis (Oct. 2, 2017) — Katun Corporation, one of the world’s leading alternative suppliers of imaging supplies, photoreceptors and parts to the imaging industry, announced today that General Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd. of Taiwan has signed an agreement to acquire Katun from Monomoy Capital Partners. The transaction requires the approval of GPI’s shareholders and regulatory approval by the Taiwanese government.
