Color Imaging and General Plastic Industrial Co. Announce Agreement for Indemnification

Peachtree Corners, GA (July 13, 2017) — Color Imaging Inc. (CI), a leading aftermarket manufacturer of toner products based in Peachtree Corners, GA, announced today that it and General Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd. (GPI) of Taiwan have reached a formal agreement under which GPI has agreed to indemnify CI for all potential liability and costs arising by reason of recent patent infringement litigation relating to the design of GPI’s toner cartridge products.

GPI believes that it has meritorious challenges to the recent jury verdict and will ultimately prevail on all claims arising in this litigation. GPI has formally agreed to indemnify CI for any potential liability arising from such claims since the claims did not relate in any way to CI’s toner.
