AllPrinterRecycling Acquires Hensley Industries, Expands Southeastern Reach

James Wood, AllPrinterRecycling

Sacramento, California-based AllPrinterRecycling (APR) has acquired Hensley Industries of Atlanta, which has served the health care community for four decades.

Hensley Industries was founded by Cliff Hensley in 1985. The company has offered IT equipment disposal, recycling, data destruction and remarketing services to hospitals and other medical facilities for almost 40 years. The new entity will operate from a two-acre facility in Centre, Alabama, that is dedicated exclusively to medical equipment.

“We are excited to join with APR and access their nationwide facilities and R2 certification, which will allow us to expand our services in scope and geography,” Hensley said.

James Wood, president of APR, feels Hensley Industries’ deep-rooted relationships within the medical community will add a new level of business to his firm. “The Centre, Alabama, building [is] dedicated to servicing our medical clients [and] allows us to keep this type of equipment separate from the millions of pounds of printers, copiers, scanners, and other IT equipment we process at our other facilities,” he added.
