Continuum University to Host 4 Technical Training Sessions at Navigate 2016

Registration Open for Sessions on ITSupport Portal, Endpoint Protection, Communicator and Continuity247 BDR at Third Annual User Conference – September 28-30, 2016 – Boston

BOSTON – June 30, 2016 – Continuum University, the self-paced, interactive online learning center at Continuum®, the only channel-exclusive IT management platform company, is offering four technical training sessions at Navigate 2016, the company’s third annual user conference, taking place on Wednesday, September 28 – Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. WHAT: Continuum Technical Training Workshops at Navigate 2016 – Wednesday, September 28:

Session 1:

  • A Day in the Life of a Technician – 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. ET or
  • The Communicator – 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. ET

Session 2:

  • Best Practices for Endpoint Protection – 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET or
  • Continuity247™: Start to Finish – 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET

WHERE: Navigate 2016, Seaport World Trade Center, 1 Seaport Lane, Boston

The workshops are an opportunity for MSPs to further grow their knowledge-base of Continuum’s IT management platform. In the session, “A Day in the Life of a Technician,” attendees will learn about common causes of warnings and alerts in the ITSupport portal and investigate basic actions that are used to remediate these issues. MSPs may choose to attend, “The Communicator,” and learn how to utilize Communicator messaging, embed scripts and allow users to open commonly used programs all from the Communicator menu.

In the “Best Practices for Endpoint Protection,” attendees will explore how to configure patching with Continuum to ensure resources are always up-to-date, as well as look at best practices for managing Continuum’s security suite to protect desktops and servers. In “Continuity247: Start to Finish,” attendees will learn how to choose the right size appliance for clients, walk through pre-deployment requirements and review the process of installing a Server Backup Manager at a site. Attendees will also learn how to begin protecting machines and managing bandwidth and cloud storage with Continuity247 version 2.0.

Continuum University has issued more than 1,500 specialty certifications in various disciplines, including Administration, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Help Desk and Backup Solutions.
