Brown will focus on dealer growth and profitability through understanding and aligning dealers’ goals with ECi’s system functionality. She will also have key product management responsibilities, leveraging her industry experience to translate and drive the right solutions to support market needs.

Brown brings more than 20 years of office products experience to her new position at ECi. She most recently served as Director of Sales for ECi Acsellerate, where she used her expertise to drive the sales and product development strategy for the division. Much of her industry knowledge drives from 15 years as the Sales Director for a large dealer in Ohio, leading her team to achieve significant sales and margin growth. Brown also had her own consulting business, helping dealers manage their sales teams and implement processes for long-term success.
