Static Control Wins Two Awards at Inaugural Recycler Awards Ceremony

Sanford, N.C. – (February 11, 2015) – Static Control received three nominations and two awards at the first ever The Recycler Awards presented at Remanexpo@Paperworld at the Messe Frankfurt, Germany on February 1. The awards were voted for by readers of the publication, and were presented to Static Control’s Managing Director Ken Lalley by Recycler publisher David Connett.

The company received the Supplier of the Year award and Innovation of the Year award for COLORCONTROL Replacement Imaging Systems. Jason Doran, General Sales Manager for Europe, was nominated for Customer Service of the Year.

The Supplier of the Year award comes after the company launched more than 1,300 new products in 2014, including over 550 ink jet products released in Europe at the end of the year. Intellectual property due diligence is conducted on each product Static Control releases. Other highlights of 2014 include hosting a multinational seminar programme and expanding its online ordering system.
ColorControl Replacement Imaging Systems won the Innovation of the Year award. Cartridges powered by the system allow remanufacturers to offer a premium remanufactured cartridge that can satisfy the most demanding of color customers, those that currently purchase OEM cartridges. A website, www.colorcontrol.info, was developed to help share the benefits of the system along with other marketing materials for remanufacturers to use to sell to end users.

“These awards are particularly valuable to us because the remanufacturers are the ones who made the nominations and voted,” said Lalley. “For that reason, I would like to thank our customers for casting their votes for us. We work hard to every day to give our customers the best experience possible and this kind of positive feedback means the world.”
