Aiming to simplify workflow automation for small and midsize organizations, Toshiba has introduced UserConnect, an AI-driven addition to its Elevate Sky Workflow platform that transforms documents, forms and business data into structured approval and decision workflows. The new module combines intelligent document processing, AI-assisted form creation, approval routing and audit tracking in a cloud-based environment that works with existing repositories such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox, eliminating the need for a traditional document management deployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
