Copier Fax sells Konica Minolta and has become known for their branded Documentelligence solutions sales strategy.<\/p>\n<p><em>What\u2019s hot?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Scibetta: <\/strong>Although it sounds antiquated, it\u2019s our back file scanning department. It\u2019s a natural progression to us for our industry. It\u2019s a core business. We\u2019re selling these MFPs that can scan. We\u2019re selling mobile devices, and we\u2019re selling document management. We\u2019re very big with DocuWare. One of the things people always said to us, \u201cThis is cool, but what about all my banker boxes?\u201d We\u2019d say, \u201cHere\u2019s a scanner and you can scan them,\u201d and people would say \u201cWe don\u2019t have time for that.\u201d Now we wrap this whole thing up in a lease, one payment, one throat to choke. There is so much paper out there.<\/p>\n<p><em>What\u2019s not?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Scibetta: <\/strong>I\u2019d like to get more ramped up into the Managed Services. I believe that\u2019s a space where we can really excel.
