The Pro-Tech certification recognizes Konica Minolta dealers that consistently demonstrate the highest levels of technical expertise and service quality. Through advanced training, ongoing education, and a comprehensive evaluation process, certified dealers have proven their ability to deliver responsive support and dependable performance for customers across the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the certification process, dealers must meet rigorous standards across every aspect of their service organization, including technician training, service management, parts inventory, dispatch operations, and customer satisfaction. Random field inspections are also conducted at customer locations to validate equipment performance and ensure customers continue to receive the highest levels of service they have come to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
