Whether it’s policies, training, compliance documents, or company communications, eGoldHub lets administrators distribute content to any group, track who received it, who viewed it, and who acknowledged it, and pull audit-ready reports with no manual effort.

The platform is sold through the dealer channel and is available in two editions: Standard for policy and document distribution, and Premium, which adds a full Learning Suite with course creation, quizzes and certifications. Can you give us the quick version of what it does and where it came from?

Tamura: Honestly, eGoldHub came out of our own pain. We were going through the process of getting ISO certified, and our consultant told us we needed to distribute all of our company policies to every employee and track who acknowledged them. When we asked how to do that, she suggested either an Excel spreadsheet or a separate Google Form for each policy. We looked at each other and thought, that can’t be right. That’s going to be a mess. So we built something better.

What we built is a centralized distribution and tracking hub. Organizations can send anything–policies, training materials, compliance documents, etc. and instantly see who received it, who viewed it, and who acknowledged it. No chasing people down. No spreadsheets. Just real-time visibility across the whole organization. Once we used it for our own ISO audit and saw how the auditor reacted, we realized this wasn’t just a problem for us. A lot of organizations are dealing with the same thing.

You mentioned the ISO auditor. What happened there?

Tamura: That was actually the moment we knew we had something worth selling. When the auditor came in, we handed them a report straight out of eGoldHub. It showed every policy, the date each employee acknowledged it, everything organized in one place. The auditor stopped and said they wished everyone they audited had reports like that. They told us they typically spend a significant amount of time sifting through emails, spreadsheets, and random documents just trying to piece together whether employees actually acknowledged the required materials.

That reaction told us everything. If our own auditor, someone who has seen hundreds of organizations go through this process, was impressed, then the problem we solved was real and it was widespread.
