However, the Houston-based dealer was able to ferret out an opportunity that will fortify its coverage throughout the Lone Star State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stargel Office Solutions completed its second acquisition with the addition of Precision Printing &amp; Office Supply of Navasota, Texas, which has served an eight-county swath (Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Madison, Robertson, Walker and Washington) for the better part of 50 years. Terms of the deal, which closed May 5, were not revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not ordinarily a player on the M&amp;A circuit, Stargel Office Solutions had last made a deal to obtain Round Rock Copier, an Austin-based dealer, back in 2023. Acquisitions that gain foray into new markets, however, are playing a role in the company\u2019s current growth initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1980, Precision Printing &amp; Office Supply specializes in the sale, lease, and service of Toshiba copiers, as well as office supplies. The company was owned by David Rohsner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slade Stargel, co-president of Stargel Office Solutions, noted that Precision\u2019s team is highly regarded and the organization has an excellent reputation in the marketplace. \u201cPrecision has been a key fixture of the Navasota and surrounding business region, and we are looking forward to building upon the great foundation they have established,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal will enable Stargel Office Solutions to offer a wider variety of copier and printer brands to Precision clients.
