Many of the moves that have taken place have featured some of the more notable transactional finishers in the office technology stratosphere: DEX Imaging, Pacific Office Automation (POA) and ACP.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not surprisingly, UBEO Business Services has played a prominent role in the M&amp;A resurgence. The Austin, Texas-based dealer is among the high-rent district dealers like Marco, POA, DEX Imaging and Flex Technology Group, all of which are (or soon will be) pushing past the $500 million mark. A few weeks back, UBEO fortified its holdings in the southeast, plucking CEI of North Carolina and ABR Digital Office Solutions, with offices in Georgia and South Carolina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to President Jim Morrissey\u2014the veteran executive with a background that includes Ricoh, Xerox and Canon in addition to IKON Office Solutions on the dealer side\u2014UBEO\u2019s strategy and comprehensive arsenal of tools has it poised to grow via acquisition and organic means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur acquisition pipeline is stronger than ever,\u201d Morrissey said. \u201cWe continue to bring on exceptional companies that align seamlessly with our customer-first, white-glove service model.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABT and CEI now fall under the guidance of the East Region and its president, Pete Bringe, whom he termed a \u201chighly respected industry veteran whose expertise exemplifies the caliber of leadership we continue to attract.\u201d The additions, which have a reputation for strong service, will benefit from UBEO\u2019s portfolio of best-in-class products\u2014including advanced security, intelligent workflow solutions and enterprise document management capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morrissey sees the unions as mutually beneficial. \u201cThe result is a powerful combination: proven best practices, superior technology, responsive break-fix support, and secure, optimized workflows,\u201d he said. \u201cThis integrated approach delivers measurable efficiency gains, enhanced data security, and long-term value that sets a new standard in the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UBEO also buffered its sales roster with an influx of 50 new sales professionals in 2025.
