This milestone reflects the company\u2019s long-standing commitment to creating a workplace where purpose-driven culture, innovation, and people-first values are more than aspirations\u2026they\u2019re a way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, Arkansas Business<\/em> and Workforce Research Group evaluates companies across Arkansas using comprehensive employee surveys and workplace assessments. Datamax Inc. President Barry Simon emphasized that this latest award speaks to the enduring focus the organization places on cultivating a strong workplace culture: One that thrives on listening to and acting upon employee feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBeing named a ‘Best Place to Work’ for an eighth time is incredibly gratifying, not just for me, but for everyone at Datamax,\u201d Simon said. \u201cOur employees\u2019 willingness to share open, candid feedback is a powerful affirmation that our culture is not just something we talk about, but rather something we live every day. The selection process for this honor places significant weight on the voices of employees. The program begins with an employer assessment, where organizational policies and practices are reviewed. Even with this recognition, Simon says that you never “truly arrive” when it comes to emphasizing company culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
