The announcement was made internally to employees on Jan. 2 and will be announced to customers through local staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pritchett, a 21-year veteran of the company, replaces Doug Pitassi, who had taken a leave of absence from POA last fall. Pritchett has led the company since Oct. 1, when Pitassi stepped aside. He previously served as vice president of POA\u2019s Southwest region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement came to staff from POA\u2019s General Council Andrew Salgado and CFO Brooks Newsom who state, \u201cAdam has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the company\u2019s success, guiding the company through both challenges and opportunities with skill and strategic insight.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe executive team at POA believe Adam\u2019s approach to leadership, his transparency, and willingness to collaborate are confirmation of his genuine commitment to the well-being of POA.
