Schaumburg, IL (Dec. 11, 2024)<\/em> \u2014 Pulse Technology, a technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, announced today that Brandon Cork of Broadville, Illinois, a major account executive with Pulse Technology, has won the \u201cLeader of the Year\u201d award from the Schaumburg Business Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cLeader of the Year\u201d award is given to a community leader and business champion who exemplifies qualities of visionary leadership and effective communication skills which foster strong business relationships, community involvement and achievements within the business community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award was presented at the Schaumburg Business Association\u2019s \u201cToast of Schaumburg\u201d event. Cork\u2019s community involvement has included initiatives such as volunteering with the Northern Illinois Food Bank, and the \u201cBuy Local Give Local\u201d program. His other volunteer and community activities through his career, include work with Habitat for Humanity, Illinois Action of Children, AID (Association for Individual Development) and Sojourner Truth\u2019s House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cork has won other awards during his career at Pulse Technology, also. He was named to the national \u201cDifference Maker\u201d list by the national trade journal ENX Magazine<\/em> several years ago. He is a Robert Morris University graduate (bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees in business administration).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
